Well, hello there?!

Called like St Cedd from the North East to Essex, we're on a mission in Basildon. 1 curate, 1 long standing youth worker and 2 fantabulous kids.

Welcome, whoever you are!

This is our attempt to chart the journey of faith amongst the challenges and joys of parenting, ministry, community, family and the world.

Alice is a youthworker, trainer and resourcer...tea-drinker, cake baker and plan maker....finding meaning in the crazy moments and there are many....She's the main author on here...and you can follow her @youthworkmum too...

Andy is a Curate in the Church of England (ordained June 2014), applying what he's learnt through 3 years at St Mellitus into our new church and community.

Matilda Grace is our BabyBean, full of wisdom and 'Tilly Science'. She loves school, reading, prawns, trampolining, baking, swimming, writing stories, making dens, Cub Scouts, using her imagination and being with people...

Isaac Thomas Andrew is our BabyButton, long awaited and very bonny! Born dinky, his life revolves around superheros, bugs, music and trying to keep up with his sister!
